Real-time asset tracking and autonomous defect scanning.

Every aircraft container has a story — where it's been, what shape it's in, whether it's safe to load. ULD-IMS tells that story live, giving every container a single real-time record built from whatever tracking tech is already on the ground: RFID tags, barcodes, QR codes, OCR reads, BLE beacon sweeps, all feeding one ledger instead of five spreadsheets.

Checks a container is actually fit to fly, before it goes near a build.

Edge GPUs and 360-degree cameras run a structural scan on every unit, catching dents, punctures, torn nets, or a warped base sheet, the kind of damage that's easy to miss on a walk-by inspection but not on camera. Flag a problem, and the system routes it straight to a technician work order, and logs exactly who had custody of the container when the damage happened, so when it's time to bill a third-party handler for the repair, you've already got the evidence.
