Building every cargo load with mathematical perfection.

CBOS turns every container load into a live, mathematically-optimised plan, pulling in AWB paperwork, real shipment weights and 3D LiDAR scans to map out exactly how a container should be packed, down to the millimetre, before anyone lifts a box.

Every constraint that matters is built into the plan.

Max ULD weight, contour limits, heavy-item stacking order, dangerous-goods separation. Then it hands that plan straight to the warehouse floor, crews follow it step-by-step on tablets or smart glasses, with a holographic stacking grid guiding each placement in real time. Computer vision checks every box as it goes on, catching errors before they're sealed inside a container. Finish the build, and CBOS closes the loop with a digital ULD Build Certificate, proof the load was right, not just hoped to be.

CBOS Build Assistant AR overlay on a warehouse ULD stack, showing contour profile approval, volume utilisation, a cleared safety check, and the next piece to load.
